Mikey Basketball here (aka Shizzzzzzer), just wanted to end my hiatus and let you all know that althought it is not possible for the neatness to be a part of my everyday life it reamins a part of my heart...and thats real.
I'd like to share some thoughts on this weekend, if I may, in list form of course:
-I can't get into it here but....2 out of 3 New York City Parks and Recreation employees cannot handle a night of drinking fruit infused vodka. This proves something I have always thought and that is alcohol, like cocaine, is a hell of a drug.
-Don't be scared of the speakerphone option on your phone. You don't sound funny over speakerphone. You sond like you, you over the speakerphone. I found that it has the possibilty of increasing the intimacy of a phone conversation (they are right there in the room with you!) and it allows others to share in the conversation. Don't be scrrrred!
-I, still, love playing guitar and I have a bloody right pointy finger to prove it. It was not a Merrimac fad (like Charlie Brown).
-Not to sound like a homo (I just wanted to write homo) but I saw a rainbow on my ride up to Boston that almost changed my life. It made me think for a moment that we were a part of something bigger, that there may be something more to this whole thing. But then I remembered the science of light refraction that I learned from Mr. Clinton's physics class in 95 and instantly shrugged off the whole idea, turned up Menomena, and continued on up the open road.
-Menomen's new album rocks, good looking gut gut.
-Not to be an advocate for packratting, but if your unsure whether or not something is fit to be kept, that uncertainty might be a sign that it is a "keeper". An otherwise useless item (say for example a 9" x 5" wire bound notebook containing setlist from concerts) may contain memories, excitement, and laughter that is completely unforeseen and necessary. And it could also single-handedly save the auction.
-Reverand Run was right...the game is irresistable and lovely. The amount of time I have spent playing wii this weekend is much too embarrising to type here. If loosing builds character then my four year old nephew is built. Tyler...buy, buy, buy!
-JH = emotional rescue
To my shagrin, the end of this post probably coincides with the beggining of another hiatus. But I will be back like Jordan (wearing the four five) and I will think about it often. When I am am away from you all I miss you and when I am near...I am happy.

the last rainbow I recall was during the summer of 97 moments before a certain TOUR opener was to commence. vagrants around me told me it was part of something bigger, I had my doubts until jeremy recently told me it was so.
bobbi- i will take any PNB gear @ a discount.
ps. wasn't mud wrestling a Merrimac fad at one point Hager??
Yes, mud wrestling was quite the fad. The video documentary exists somewhere.
