Goat cheese salad
Stuffed chicken breast with mushroom sauce and massed potatoes
Warm chocolate cake
Lots of wine
We all split up into groups and went to work under the instruction of Chef Paul. Chef Paul is French. Chef Paul is cranky. Chef Paul is awesome. It happened to be the hottest night of all time so the majority of the group gravitated towards the app and dessert stations leaving the bulk of the actual cooking to Cyndy, the McNulty's and Heather.
Stacie smiled for 3 hours straight, Nellie sent a whole lot of basil to the kitchen graveyard only to eventually get caught, Jen and I buttered some pans, The Camel, Sue and Lisa cracked some eggs and mixed things and Mary and Lauri became Chef Paul's wingmen. Miro did something wonderful I'm sure but I just can't recall what it was. I was too busy taking these sweet polaroids:

Overall, it was a great night and I think everyone left full and happy. Stacie got some really nice gifts - make sure you ask to see her granny panties if you get a chance. I know that sounds a little pervy and weird but actually they are fantastic.
Five weeks until the big day! Epic!

Sick aprons. Wine makes you giggle.
Wine makes for neat collectors items as well. Although I was never tempted to eat my baseball cards, an edible collection is the way to go. Please visit my new apartment after Oct 1st to witness the birth of a collection....
