Laughing Makes Sunday Anxiety OK

Being afraid is usually what causes anxiety.  Fear of what awaits at the office on Monday or what awaits in the coming year of Mondays.  I have always been  the CEO of Sunday anxiety.  I know my way around a nervous Sunday night better than most.  This is how I know that laughing will make anxiety roll of your shoulders like water off a ducks back.  There is a bit of science that backs this up.  There is a scientific theory that holds  that laughter is part of the human condition dealing with fear.  So laughing really does cure Sunday Anxiety.

Spit takes for everyone.

Great advice.

Was tossing and turning with the ole sunday anxiety last eve (aka the jmills) like a mug. I found that petting brown dog helped but I coulda used some belly laughs for shizzle.
