If you don't know, now you know.....

So we had the first of many scheduled parent-teacher conferences the other day. I’m pleased to report that your boy is roughly “above-avergae” in most categories (and his interviews are hotter, holler). They test the youths at the beginning of the year and again at the end to monitor progress. On a 100 point scale, the aim is for kids to be at 28 in the fall and at 82 by the spring. DS was clocked at 68 on the first go, and I’m sure will continue to dominate until spring.

I also want to note that at several points throughout the meeting I was moved to pre-tears, and used all my emotion-swallowing powers to fight the good fight in the presence of the wife and teacher. There was a definite theme observed when looking through his work, whether it be poems, drawings, questionairres, etc. That theme was “Dad”. Slaying.

Finally, and most importantly, along with other developmental milestones there was a section documenting his ability to create and acknowledge Rhymes/Rhyming. 1-10 scale with 2 being the benchmark, the kid pulled a 10.

Thanks for letting me share. The Neatness Circle’s firstborn kills.

I had recently received a peer review and they said there was a steady "ninja" theme to my game. Many think this is due to the fact that I dress like a black man but Steve knows the truth.
