Shouldn't be Neat...but kinda....

This is borderline Faces of Death material...and hopefully this isn't a re-run....but, it's a kite surfer caught in a hurricane. He is strapped into his kite and the kite gets caught in the wind, so the kite is dragging him. He hits the sand hard, and then keeps going until he finally stops by hitting a building.

It should be noted that Kite surfing does look fun otherwise.
