Where do we pre game for this. Im so sincerious. I want to hit the bottle and watch this. It not just an excuse to drink, this sounds awesome. So seriously where we boozing...I mean watching the sun.
One more question though...Does this mean that when the son rises it will rise in the same manner, perfectly aligned with the streets. Sounds like something worth waking up early for or....

I'm so sorry I missed this...I totally would have gotten drunk for the sun. I once got blacked out for Leap Year, but I heard it doesn't count, or maybe it counts 4x more.
