confessions of a gay doplhin

as many of you know, this water mammal likes to get on to dry land now and again and strech these legs of mine in the form of a light jog. as with most parts of my life, i enjoy setting the mood with a little soundtracking. my preferred choices for my 3 mile runs around prospect park include but are not limited to lcd soundsystem, trans am, the clipse, funky cavern, fugazi, and when im feeling more on the pensive side, some explosions in the sky. but with sprunging of spring, my old ipod's slow death, and my weariness of strapping the iphone anywear to my body i have been left with only one choice. over the last week i have decided to utilize the wam's ishuffle thingamadoodad to get my heart, head, and feet pumping. here is a video mixtape of the songs that got me thru my saturday AM run. picture the flamboyant one really turing up the heat as i hear those hollowed words "its brittany bitch"

Certainly not my idea of a good time...

1) running
2) listening to techno
3) butt's sweaty ear phones
4) foot related odors
5) brittany spears

My idea of a good time...

1) hearing about paul jogging
2) hearing about paul listening to techno
3) not using paul's headphones
4) not living within 100 miles of a pair of pauls running shoes
5) hearing that PGD runs to Brittany spears while dodging lesbians in prospect park.

super sassy mix indeed; you should consider a new career... with the untimely demise of the prolific mc proof, i heard the 4-10 slot on shady 45 is open..if you're sirius about it

Please ask the wife to shoot video of you running and play this soundtrack over that video in sync with what you are listening to during your run.

Involved? Indeed. Difficult? Yes. Funniest thing in the whole world? Without question. I can just see your heels kick up with just a hint of increased enthusiasm when Brittnay announces herself.

PGD's soundtrack to his life is out of control
