A tree is actually issuing me papers in a few days in regards to an ill-fated night in D.C w Peter Hermes and Steve Principe nearly two years ago. The broken windshield of a backhoe is also filing a joint suit with the tree. A press conference will be held later this week where I will cite my immiturity as the cause for the acts.
