Please get yourself to your nearst Whole Foods (or fine formaggio purveyor) and buy some Robusto cheese. It's cheese crack. It's the new Manchego/cheddar. It's perfect for late night snack-attacks. If you don't purchase this cheese, you'll not onlywill you be sorry but will have missed out on a simplse pleasure that can only be described as creamy delicousness of the highest rate.
Nine kg wheel of it is the way to go.

I been knowing that Joe. I was slanging that Parrano back in the late 90's, before they changed the label and went commersh. Was my best seller then and sure it is for yet another awakard teenager working at the cheese counter. But it was Fresh Fields then....
